Currently, you must use the unityid@ncsu.edu version of a person’s address to schedule Google appointments and share Google docs. Aliases won’t work. There are some people that do not have their unityid@ncsu.edu listed in the university directory, so how do you find that ID? Here’s a trick.

Find the person in the university directory, then click on their their name to get their full information.

Then look at the URL. The characters that appear at the end, after the “=” sign, will be the Unity ID. See this example, and look yourself up!

Please note that ten digit calling has been permanently implemented  for calls within the 919 area code.
